Order placement: Base, dimensions, and engraving request by email or via our website.
Shipping of impression foam:
- Delivery within Germany: 4-6 business days
- Delivery within EU: 6-10 business days
- Delivery within Non-EU countries: 10-21 business days
Manufacturing and shipping of base (after receiving impression foam):
- Delivery within Germany: 18-20 business days
- Delivery within EU: 20-24 business days
- Delivery within Non-EU countries: 24-35 business days
Additional details
While we recommend that specimens are given to the studio in-person, we can also accept delivery and return via mail. Contact us to discuss shipping options.
Standard turnaround for completion of all work is 3-weeks after delivery, but expedited options are available at an extra cost. Contact us for expedited work.
