Earthwonders Onboarding Package

This package includes everything you need to easily create a high-end storefront on www.earthwonders.com: professional photography, specimen videos, professional caption writing, specimen measurements, and a UV light check.

  Professional photo: each specimen is photographed with a white background in alignment with the Earth-modern aesthetic. This gives your storefront a consistent, professional look.

  Specimen video: each specimen is recorded on video in-hand to give your clients a clear sense for the size and condition of the specimen.

  Professional caption writing: you provide the locality and any relevant details you want to highlight for each specimen. The professional caption will include the details you choose to add plus additional information on the locality and comments on the interesting features of the specimen.

  Specimen measurements: each specimen is measured for centimeters and grams; this information is added to the description for the mineral.
• •
  UV light check: each specimen is analyzed under UV light to evaluate for any repairs or restorations. Any repairs or restorations that are noted will be added to the description for the mineral.

  (Optional) Professional Videography: this is an optional add-on ($300 per specimen) for your best specimens.

Professional Photography

Our photos are taken with a full-frame professional 45-megapixel camera. Photos are provided in a 300dpi resolution that is suitable for large printing, publishing, or high-quality online use. Photos can be provided with classic gray—black gradient backgrounds or modern white backgrounds.

  Standard: $80 per photo. Minerals in this category are typically self standing and do not require any unusual lighting conditions.

  Challenging: $150 per photo. Minerals in this category require complex assistance to stand up in the desired orientation, and/or require unusual lighting considerations. Large specimens also fall into this category; these are typically 20cm+ and/or 3kg+

  We edit your photos: $15 per photo. If you want to create a consistent look for your website or social media channel, send your photos to us for editing. We adjust all photos to have the same background and same style shadows.

  Bulk Discounts: for large jobs, we offer competitive bulk discounts. Contact us for a quote on your large job.

Professional Videography

Custom Clutch Mounts

Our professional Custom Clutch Mounting service starts at $400 per specimen. These mounts (often called “clutch mounts”) are made of steel wire and specialized coatings. They enable collectors to add a new dynamic to their display cabinets. These bases create a “floating” look that is particularly well suited for smaller crystals, doubly terminated crystals, or “floater” specimens.
