A particularly gemmy and bright, sparkling tourmaline crystal from the famous pegmatite deposits in the Malkhan region of Russia, known for hundreds of years as "siberite" red tourmaline. This crystal has an extra special brightness and sparkle that is obvious in person. It would come from the 2010-2019 finds here. 41 grams, robust and impressive in a case with even minimal backlighting.
