A pleasing, pastel green specimen of diopside that has a look and style more like peridot, than of diopside. It is more grass green than usual, and more steeply terminated than most of this style - just an oddity! From the diverse Tanzanian suite of Tim Sherburn, who had access to a lot of cute specimens as they passed through his hands while he helped dealers with cleaning specimens.
