Classic well formed crystal of Weloganite from the Type locality at Francon Quarry, Canada. The yellowish to white Weloganite crystal measuring to 3.7cm has formed in a shallow cavity, displaying the characteristic oscillatory growth reminiscent of a Japanese pagoda. Several other Weloganite crystals are to be seen scattered in the cavity, associated with crystals of translucent white Calcite, and spots of Pyrite. A neat specimen from the location.
