An old USA classic, but seldom seen on matrix - a rare survivor of the time when this was one of the commercial ores for mining, and collectors were few and far between here. A dozen fine crystals to 6 am stand on ore matrix, with smaller cross-connecting crystals. Relatively sturdy, compared to the very few we have seen from here, although I would prefer to arrange for eventual hand-delivery of the piece, and not ship it. Almost certainly from the White Caps Mine, within this district, and I would be shocked if it was younger than 100 years old.
