This soft-looking, pastel-colored aragonite simply has an unusual "look" to it somehow, although when you touch it it feels just like other aragonites. Aragonite comes out by the ton from China, from the karst terrains of the south, but even amongst such quantity, there are pieces and styles that stand out from the crowd. This is one such piece, unique in appearance and beautiful to see in a case as a contrast to the harder geometries of so many other minerals. Undamaged.
