What an elegant aquamarine thumbnail specimen! Try finding a gem aqua on matrix, in large thumbnail or small miniature size, of any aesthetics other than single crystal. This piece features a 3-cm-long GEM, doubly-terminated, read-through aquamarine crystal perched on a lustrous, machined-looking tourmaline - the blue on black is striking! It is a unique specimen obtained in Wayne's longtime dealings with Pakistani minerals since the 1980s. The small crystal at the joint is a 5 mm fluorapatite, as a bonus. Extremely aesthetic, this makes for a competition-level aqua with some real character compared to most.
