The ArkenstoneFeatured
Highly sculptural, this 3-dimensional Cuprian Aragonite is a gorgeous example of the recent finds from this well-known zinc mine (found in 2024). The sugary and translucent Aragonite sports a fabulous blue color, and some of the stalactitic growths have individual crystals extending out like clear, gemmy fingers. From one angle, the clustered stalactites look like breaking waves at some of the famous surfing beaches in Hawaii. Intense blue color, caused by trace amounts of copper, and fine form create a simply wonderful aesthetic on this very showy and excellent example. Really, you need to appreciate this in person. For the size range, it is particularly elegant (and can be shipped).
