Classic Austrian specimen with white stalactitic aragonite set on a small amount of matrix. This is in very good condition for one of these antique specimens. Complete all around. These are often referred to as flos-ferri. The specimen comes with an antique label as shown at the end of the video. This certainly dates to the early 20th century
