SUPERB quality for an Elmwood sphalerite specimen, from classic old finds of the 1970s-1980s, and the collection of Dalton and Consie Prince of Houston! Perched on a shard of dolomitic limestone is an intergrown cluster of splendent, black crystals of sphalerite, a few exhibiting orange highlights. The largest crystal measures 2.0 cm across.
