Neptunite occurs in world-class crystals only from this remote and old locality, now mostly mined out of large deposits. Sheer white natrolite is the host for two, highly lustrous, black neptunite crystals, to 3.5 cm in length, the largest of which is doubly terminated. This is a superb miniature, with a sharp neptunite, excellent display quality, and the best black-on-white color contrast! Old material, purchased in the late 90s or early 2000s
