A complex growth of sharp well-formed native Copper crystals with a great geometric form. The piece is made up mostly of spinel-twinned crystals up to 4.8 cm in length with a few small euhedral crystals extending off the spinels. This flattened two-sided piece has a rich chatoyant patina on one side with a more uniform coppery color on the opposite side. The “rib-like” feature with isolated separation of the spinel twins is a very elegant and a captivating visual. Overall a floater, complete all around. These coppers are from a small lot we purchased from an old miner's family in rural China, and were found here in the early 2000s. 22 grams
