Speckled across the top side of this specimen are dozens of nicely-formed, lustrous, tabular Wulfenite crystals from the famed Red Cloud Mine. Signature to the mine, each of the crystals have a very rich orange color that stands out nicely against the limonitic matrix; underlying layers of white Quartz give an added mild contrast to the piece, almost framing the bottom of the front side. Many of the more sizable crystals in the piece are presented at the top-right of the specimen, reaching up to 1.0 centimeter across the edge. This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
