This diamond crystal has a very aesthetic shape and outline to the crystal, resembling a golden fire flame. Highly unusual! The luster on this thing is unparalleled and will reflect in minimal lighting and the gem transparency. What makes this piece stand out is the golden honey-yellow color with subtly graded hues throughout. This diamond would be a fine and competitive addition to any collection or in a piece of natural crystal jewelry. Colored diamonds are the most desirable, usually immediately cut - and few survive for us collectors. We were VERY lucky to obtain a few Anabar crystals in one lot - nearly a decade ago from a source in the NYC gem trade, who sees parcels before they get cut. 1.15 ct, 7.89 x 5.20 x 3.43 mm.
