Several thick, sharply edged, translucent, butterscotch colored Wulfenites grace a small matrix plate from the San Judas Shaft at Ojuela. These are from spectacular finds of around 2010-12, but few examples had crystals of such sharpness and isolation. The larger, showy crystals range in size from 0.5 to 1.8 cm and are associated with numerous smaller, blocky Wulfenite crystals from 1.6 to 3.5 mm distributed around them for great presentation and balance. The Wulfenites are situated on an orange to brown-orange, porous, Goethite-rich matrix. There is absolutely no damage to these attractive, blocky Wulfenite crystals. A great miniature!
