This thumbnail specimen from Tsumeb mine has real wow factor. Small it might be, but the octahedral Cuprite crystals are superb - so sharp and with a really fine deep red-purple colour and submetallic lustre. They reach 5 mm wide. There is edge damage to one of the larger crystals on the edge of the specimen, but most of the Cuprite crystals are in excellent order. Mounted on an acrylic base for display.
