At just under 7 cm maximum length, this amazingly rich specimen of crystalline Erythrite just falls within the category of large miniature, yet could be taken as a small cabinet size. The choice is yours! From the Bou Azzer mining district in Ouarzazate Province, Morocco, magnificent blades of deep violet purple Erythrite line a 3.5 x 3.0 cm vug on the surface of a tarnished silvery black matrix, possibly Skutterudite. The Erythrite forms 1 cm wide blades of up to at least 1.5 cm long, in thick clusters which criss-cross the vug in all directions. A super showy Erythrite from Bou Azzer.\n
