The video speaks for itself. This is one of the finest possible thumbnail/small miniature sized gold specimens you could ever hope to get from the Round Mountain finds of the early 2000s, and it is just a stunning gold by any standard. It is a 2.5 x 2.9 x 0.6 cm, buttery-yellow, highly lustrous, stout leaf of twinned octahedral xtls. We have seen hundreds of specimens of this material, from when they came out - this has a stark look and geometry that rank it at the very top in any size range, for quality. Properly stood up, it is a small miniature, in our opinion. However, set on its side, it does work as a large thumbnail specimen (a box-buster, if you will). It is a significant gold crystal for any competitive case because the mesmerizing shape just commands the eye to look at it; and it has a riveting color. Old material, now long off the market.
