Titanite
Here is a glassy, translucent, wedge-shaped, pistachio green crystal of Titanite from the mines at Wet-loo, Myanmar (Burma). The thin edges of this bladed crystal are razor-sharp while the edges on the broad faces are rounded making the piece look like a funky green pillow! Overall the crystal is variegated with patches of lighter and darker pistachio green and it is opaque in some areas and translucent in others. There is one point of contact in one spot at the base of one of the long dimensions. Very unusual for Burma!
