A lustrous glittering display of maroon red Cuprite with flashes of red forming a druse over a dense Cuprite matrix from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Crystals of Cuprite are cubo-octahedral to dodecahedral in form measuring to 3mm, with striated faces. The crystals of Cuprite are to some extent over grown by pearly lustered areas of contrasting white Dolomite, with here and there inclusions of green Malachite. A fine combination specimen from the Tsumeb.
