Willemite
Unknown Owner
Well formed crystals of Willemite from probably the best know location for the species. The Willemite forms a specimen of intergrown sharp hexagonal crystals to 3mm. The Willemite has a sparkling vitreous luster, with gemmy light blue-green crystals, which are augmented by Willemite with dark inclusions of Fe/Mn-oxides. The reverse of the specimen is mostly coated in a druse of micro-crystals of Dolomite.
