A fine display of prismatic habit with step pyramidal terminated Smithsonite crystals measuring to 1.8cm from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Crystals of lustrous Smithsonite are gemmy with a tint of pink in them and minute inclusions of an iron oxide. Pyramidal crystals of Smithsonite are formed on more rhombic habit crystals on platey partly altered crystals of probable Chalcocite. A great Smithsonite specimen from the Tsumeb Mine.
