Hoppered crystals are a classic habit for Vanadinite, and this single, complex crystal is outstanding. The orange-red color is quite intense, and the luster superb. This crystal is so sharp, and the visuals so good, that it would not be unreasonable to describe this as ravishing. Interestingly, there is no mention of this particular claim on mindat, which implies a greater rarity and value for this thumbnail. In fact, there is no Yuma County Vanadinite on mindat quite like it. Great aesthetics.
