A balanced, small cabinet piece of a rare find. This is the best electric yellow color in cadmium smithsonite from a single famous pocket in the mid 1980s. To my mind, these are by far the most important of the varietal from Tsumeb (specimens in the Sussman collection were from this pocket as well). Marshall Sussman sold this one to me from his collection in Chicago back in the late 1990s, only when he got a larger one.
