This old tri-state galena is truly amazing to look at, in that its surface is completely covered with small, flat-topped epitaxial galenas from a second generation of growth! The main crystal is complete, with the back side being an L-shape where it was wrapped around the euhedral matrix rock. The display surface of the galena also has tiny, golden chalcopyrites, which add to the attractiveness. 6.9 x 5.1 x 4.6 cm
