A big, fat cluster of native molybdenite on matrix! You can clearly see the lamellar structure of the crystals, and the cluster is complete all the way around. The cluster sits on a matrix of quartz trimmed to just the right size to form a natural base for the molybdenite. A very large and very impressive specimen of a native element! 8.1 x 7.2 x 6.0cm
