A GORGEOUS, gemmy and lustrous, PURPLE topaz from a BRAND NEW FIND at Ouro Preto, Brazil. The color saturation and luster are off the charts on this beauty, which has a sharp, pyramidal termination. Purple is an uncommon topaz color for Ouro Preto. A trivial edge bruise just below the termination face is barely noticeable and is certainly not a detraction. 10.94 carats or just over 2 grams.
