Cobaltian Calcite

Recent mining has produced cobaltian calcite with a rich magenta, hue. This specimen is covered in translucent, lustrous, magenta colored crystals, to .8 cm across. The color contrast with the massive, white calcite matrix underneath is astounding. This specimen is one of the better large pieces I have seen to date because of its 3-dimensionality and its color intensity....and my advice is, given the beautiful color and historical rarity of such specimens, BUY now. This large specimen has outstanding quality, far above the pack!
