Without a doubt, the Kelly Mine in New Mexico is the world's single greatest locality for botryoidal and rice-grain Smithsonite. While the turquoise-blue Smithsonite is the best-known, the much more uncommon silvery-white Smithsonite is equally cherished and highly sought-after by aficionados of the variety here. This LARGE CABINET piece has eight (count them, 8!) individual pockets that range from shallow to deep, large to medium - each containing a rich layer of well-formed superbly lustrous Smithsonite.
