A very hefty 4.9-gram thumbnail example of the brassy gold that made this district so famous in the 1800s, and caused the growth of gold mining boomtowns. Now, examples are extremely hard to find! This one is thick and hefty, a cluster of thickly-grown leaves and crystals. Purchased from Colorado dealer EM Gunnell in 1950. 2.1 x 1.7 x 0.4 cm
