Much more impactful in person, this is a huge piece with large green mimetite botryoids and intense color. A vuggy and cavernous limonite matrix is the host for spheres of beautifully velvety, rich green mimetite to .7 cm across. There are also a few, scattered wulfenite crystals, to 5mm, associated with the mimetite. These are equant, glassy and unusually translucent, with an orange-amber color. The combination is striking! Again, because of the size and depth to this piece, it is MUCH BETTER In PERSON, one of our 2 or 3 best pieces in the lot.
