An unusual and attractive specimen of pale green-beige smithsonite (apparently just faintly cuprian or cadmian or both), rising to an apex and crowned by an elongated cerussite crystal. The smithsonites have great luster and sharp rhombohedral form to them. It is a visually unusual piece, if not a world-beater per se. Ex. Smithsonian collection (thru Charlie Key) 8 x 8 x 4.5 cm
