Exceptional miniature of sharp, dusty-pink, elongated scalenohedral crystals of cobalt-included pink Smithsonite on matrix. The Smithsonite's luster is excellent - the classic shiny to glassy/pearly that we have come to expect, and the color is attractive. The largest Smithsonite is 1.9 cm! The Smithsonite crystals are well-distributed, which gives the piece and the individual crystals the best balance for maximum aesthetics. A terrific miniature from the Art Soregaroli collection.
