Simply gorgeous, these intensely colored calcites are some of the most beautiful ever recovered, from here or anywhere. This particular specimen has a glistening rolling, mounded, earlier generation of rich magenta cobaltoan calcite overgrown by a second generation of transparent, small, pale pink, shimmering cobaltoan calcite crystals. The piece displays well all around and a custom engraved acrylic base is included.
