A dramatic, large cabinet, native copper specimen from the historic Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan. This sculptural giant looks like curved vertebrae or else has a vague biomorphic look. The copper is oxidized and has a bit of matrix attached to it. Old-time material from the Richard Hauck Copper Collection.
