These olivenites have the most incredible glassy luster I have EVER seen on a Tsumeb olivenite, and the elongated stereotypical crystal habit is quite rare. These crystals, isolated on contrasting matrix of microcrystalline duftite, really leap out at you. Although not all crystals are terminated, the overall visual impact is huge and there are plenty of good crystals here to 1.4 cm in size, such that the damage can be forgiven in context (at the right price). I will say it is one of the more "showy" olivenites, from just about anywhere, in terms of "flash." Probably a very old piece from the upper oxidation levels of Tsumeb, and 100 years old I would guess.
