A fine thumbnail cluster of three wulfenite crystals perched on a calcite cleavage rhomb from the Red Cloud Mine. The gemmy and highly lustrous, reddish-orange crystals with some yellow-brown interior color-zoning reach 1.4 cm and have classic, sharp, beveled edges. Wulfenite on a distinct calcite cleavage rhomb is uncommon from this renowned locale. We believe this piece is from 1960s finds. Ex. Mijer Collection.
