Almost every calcite crystal in this cluster is doubly terminated. One crystal is twinned, and all exhibit an intense cognac coloring and gemminess. MEASURE OUT THE SIZE - THE CLUSTER IS NEARLY PRISTINE AND COMPLETE ALL AROUND, ALMOST UNHEARD OF FOR THE SIZE! There are only a few small dings, and those on the BACK side. The largest crystal reaches 17 cm across. Once again the multi-forked terminations are a highlight for me; and I have not seen a large Elmwood in such condition in a long time!
