Wafer-thin, nearly transparent, butterscotch-colored wulfenite crystals with orange edges are richly concentrated on one end of the sculptural gossan matrix on this excellent specimen from the Mina Ojuela of Mexico. The tabular crystals reach 1.3 cm on this classic Ojuela wulfenite and the crystals are in excellent shape. Ex. Lloyd Tate Collection and certainly a specimen from the 1960s or 1970s.
