Lustrous, lightly frosted, untwinned, ruby-red cinnabar crystals to 5 mm very nicely set in a vug of contrasting, off-white calcite in limestone matrix from Charcas, Mexico. Cinnabar is uncommon from Charcas and this is excellent material., surely very old. 6.2 x 4.2 x 3.1 cm
