Vanadinites of average quality are common, but really fine ones such as this are not and have never been, so they remain quite desirable, and the prices have never really gone down. The thick, super-lustrous crystals on this specimen measure up to 1.4 cm, and are piled high on the display face, giving the specimen wonderful 3-dimensionality. This specimen is from a small stash from finds 3 years ago that was kept back by a European dealer and sold at the Tucson show this year. 6.5 x 5.5 x 3 cm
