This is a specimen of super-lustrous, orange-red "candy" crystals of vanadinite, in a matrix of white bladed Baryte with hematite-coated edges. As you can see, these crystals really sparkle and shine! They are rather GEMMY looked at closely, though you generally think of vanadinite as opaque - these you really can see into!
