Inviting specimen of pink, curvaceous Smithsonite crystals that cover a knob of matrix, like a disco ball! The color is wonderful and rich. The gemmy crystals are classic, with silky luster, curved and gently striated faces, and inviting internal reflections. The largest crystal is 1.6 cm. There are a few cleaved crystals at the bottom, but they don't really affect the aesthetics of this nice miniature because they are more like a natural pedestal for the disco-ball style crystals atop.
