A fine, classic, Kelly-blue smithsonite specimen. This is a 3-dimensional, mounded, two-sided specimen on silicified limestone matrix. The primary side has exceptional, isolated smithsonite botryoids, with the backside having the more typical intergrown botryoids. The front is further highlighted by a scattering of very desirable, smaller, "rice grain" smithsonites. The smithsonite has excellent translucence.
