A very fine and interesting elbaite from the Himalaya Mine, one of North America’s most prolific gem tourmaline mines. This large (over 12cm) crystal is healed and bent, with a beautiful and complex termination of multiple crystals. It is doubly-terminated. The side crystals of cleavelandite and lepidolite add a nice display aesthetic.` One repair to the main crystal, perpendicular to the c-axis. Comes with a custom Sunnywood base.
