An interesting example of the contemporary (2018-2026 so far) green fluorites from Peru, that is a bit unusual compared to others. This piece features sharp, transparent to translucent green crystals sitting safely within a pocket of sparkling pyrite. It is just different in style than others, with this version of the mineral association. You can see how the fluorite came in later and filled space within an existing pocket of crystallized pyrites.
