Epidote is one of the best-known of the Alpine cleft minerals, and some of the finest epidote specimens in the world have come out of Pakistan. This elegant, full-size miniature specimen has pristine and transparent Epidote crystals rising sculpturally on a matrix of epidote and orthoclase var. adularia. The largest of the crystals is 3.8 cm and the sharp striations add to the very fine aesthetics of these olive-brown and gemmy crystals. It displays beautifully and is complete all around.
