Found in a broad array of colors and habits, Smithsonite makes for a collectors paradise. Crystals with manganese inclusions take on a salmon-pink hue and can be an extremely attractive variant. This specimen features gorgeous flattened rhombs of this variety sitting atop a crystallized Chalcocite base. With front lighting, Chalcocite (copper sulfide) to 5-6mm sparkle, adding to the allure of this specimen.
