A radial cluster of vivid, sparkling royal blue veszelyite stands out sharply centered on a carpet of sparkling blue cuprian hemimorphite (the color is caused by minute copper inclusions). We bought a number of these and heavy, to get the choice specimens we liked most with generally isolated crystals on the "blue carpet," of which this one one of the better miniatures showing isolation as opposed to most which are more jumbly and clustered. With balance and color, this is an excellent miniature from this important 2024 discovery.
